A serious wine-lover's fine-dining room in Bjørvika, built around a Burgundy-heavy cellar that's genuinely one of the deepest in Norway (they claim around 2,000 labels). The kitchen does Nordic ingredients with French technique across multi-course menus, and it carries Michelin recognition. This is a special-occasion, spend-real-money place for people who care as much about the pour as the plate.
