A tiny natural-wine bar in the historic Kirkeristen area by the Cathedral, doubling as a daytime specialty-coffee-and-pastry spot and an evening 100%-natural wine room. Snacks skew thoughtful — sourdough, pickles, charcuterie and cheese from small Norwegian and organic European producers — and local artists' work lines the walls. It's a low-key, curated little place for people who care about what's in the glass; not somewhere for a big meal.
