A waterfront seafood restaurant and counter at Rådhusbrygge by the fjord, doing oysters, shellfish platters, fish soup and mains with a view you're partly paying for. It's a newer, tourist-facing spot and reviews are mixed (around 3.9), so expectations are best kept in check on both food and value. Good for the setting and a plate of shellfish in the sun; less so if you want Oslo's serious seafood cooking.
