Frognerstranda Kro is a waterfront family restaurant right on the dock at Frognerkilen, going since the late 1980s and beloved by boaters and walkers headed along the fjord from Aker Brygge. The food is honest crowd-pleasing fare, salmon, fish and chips, burgers, and the real draw is the terrace and sea view on a sunny day. Come for the setting and the summer buzz more than culinary fireworks.
