The Spis take

Despite the name (Norwegian for hammerhead shark), this is a cocktail bar rather than a seafood spot, sitting on the Oslobukta waterfront from the team behind the well-liked Angst Bar. Expect craft cocktails, wine and beer with light snacks, in a warm, eclectic 1970s-inflected room that became something of an 'it' bar when it opened. It's a good-looking place for a fjord-side drink; go for the atmosphere and the cocktails, not for dinner.
