The original Tøyen home of Håndbakt, a fully plant-based craft bakery on the ground floor of Factory Tøyen that runs as a coffee-and-pastry spot by day and flips to vegan pizza and natural wine in the evening. The baking is genuinely ambitious — spelt-forward, own production, good coffee from Lippe beans — and it's one of the more interesting modern vegan bakeries in the city. Great for pastries and coffee; the evening pizza-and-wine turn makes it more versatile than most bakeries.
