The Spis take

One of Oslo's original and best-loved Asian street-food spots — it pioneered the format at Mathallen back in 2013 and has since moved to Sentralen in Kvadraturen. The format is sharing plates scaled to your group, East-Asian-leaning and produce-driven, in a buzzy, informal room; there are solid veg and vegan options and the kitchen keeps evolving. Reliably good fun and good value for a group; not the place for a quiet, formal dinner.
