Good fora proper bowl of ramen

The Spis take

Widely credited as Oslo's first real ramen shop, this compact, walk-ins-only spot on Osterhaus gate makes its own noodles and pulls a rich tonkotsu, with the karaage fried chicken earning particular love. It's a genuine favourite, though not without dissenters — some find the shoyu and tantanmen broths lean salty or one-note. Still the go-to for a proper bowl of ramen in the city, with a second outpost by Munch.
