The Munch-museum-area branch of Koie, Oslo's most beloved ramen shop, which grew from a 2017 pop-up into a small local institution built on rich broths and house-made noodles. Tonkotsu and miso are the standouts, portions are honest and the quality is remarkably consistent — expect queues at peak, which regulars swear are worth it. It's a casual, no-frills bowl-and-go spot, not a leisurely dinner, but for ramen in Oslo it's about as good as it gets.
