The Spis take

The sky bar one floor up from Bistro Tolvte, on the 13th floor of the MUNCH museum, with cocktails, a serious wine list and one of the best rooftop panoramas in Oslo. It's the natural spot for a drink with a view before or after a museum visit, or just to see Bjørvika from above. Expect Oslo rooftop prices; you're paying partly for the altitude and the outlook.
