The Spis take

One of Oslo's most-loved gourmet burger joints, going since 2013 and a fixture in the city's 'best burger' arguments. Expect properly cooked patties from good meat, crispy fries and thick milkshakes in a snug, busy room, this being the Majorstua branch. Prices are steep even by Oslo burger standards and it can get chaotically full, so book or come off-peak, but most people leave happy.
