A serious little French patisserie tucked between the Botanical Garden and Klosterenga sculpture park, run by French-Italian pastry chef Quentin Coudert (formerly of Pascal). The croissants and pastries draw genuine acclaim, some call them among the best in Scandinavia, and it earns near-perfect ratings. The catch is access: it's essentially a weekend operation (Saturday and Sunday mornings), so plan around that. For pastry lovers, it's worth building a morning around.
