Not really a restaurant but a specialty shop for olive oils and balsamic vinegars, part of a small Norwegian chain with a stall on Grünerløkka. It's a place to taste and buy good oil, gift sets and pantry treats rather than sit down for a meal, and the staff know their stuff. Worth a stop if you care about what dresses your salad, but set expectations accordingly.
