A small, evening-only spot at St. Olavs Plass serving an ambitious Asian-meets-Nordic tasting menu with live music in the room — the sort of place regulars talk up as punching well above its price and profile. Ratings are strikingly high and diners repeatedly compare it favorably to Michelin-level cooking, which is a big claim worth testing yourself. Note it's open Wednesday to Saturday only, reservations are the norm, and it doesn't cater to vegan diets.
