The Mathallen outpost of PARADIS, a Norwegian gelateria that has made proper Italian-style gelato in Oslo since its 2012 Tjuvholmen debut, using milk plus sourced ingredients like Sorrento lemons, Piedmont hazelnuts and Sicilian pistachio. It's a small local chain, so a touch polished and pricey, but the product is genuinely good and a natural stop while grazing the food hall at Vulkan. Reliable rather than surprising.
