The Sørenga branch of PARADIS, a small Norwegian gelateria group doing proper Italian-style gelato from Norwegian milk with a few imported flourishes (Sorrento lemons, Piedmont hazelnuts, Sicilian pistachio). The waterfront setting is the real draw here: a cone on the Sørenga boardwalk on a summer evening is hard to beat. It's a reliable chain rather than a one-off discovery, but the product is genuinely good and the vegan and lactose-free options are a plus.
