The Spis take

Oslo's original mezcaleria, a tiny, dimly lit bar of wood, plants and colour tucked into Rodeløkka just off the Grünerløkka nightlife strip. The owners import their own agave spirits, cachaça and pisco, and the focus is squarely on mezcal and Latin American cocktails made by people who clearly care. It's small and gets busy, but for a serious, characterful cocktail this is one of the city's genuine gems.
