The Spis take

One of Oslo's signature summer courtyards: a big, buzzy backyard behind Storgata in Grønland with bars, rotating food vendors and long communal tables, family-friendly by day and packed with an after-work crowd by evening. Come for the atmosphere and the sunny-day beer-garden energy rather than any single kitchen's cooking, and know the food-vendor lineup shifts season to season (the input's 'Korean' tag doesn't really describe it). A genuine Oslo warm-weather institution; dead in the cold months.
