Reputedly Norway's oldest Indian restaurant, opened by the Sharma family in 1993 and still in the same Bislett/St. Hanshaugen spot on Pilestredet. It's a classic sit-down curry house with proper tandoori work (kebabs, murg tikka, tandoori prawns) and a clearly labelled vegan section, more upmarket and grown-up than the takeaway crowd. Come for a dependable, slightly old-fashioned Indian dinner with genuine heritage behind it.
