Sabi Sushi is a popular Stavanger-region sushi brand (with several outlets including Pedersgata, Hinna, Forus and Madla, plus takeaway) that reviewers rate among the best sushi in Norway outside Oslo. Praise centres on quality and careful, beautiful presentation, tasty signature maki like the Tempura Special and Sabi Signature, good variety, and friendly service at fair prices. Common gripes are takeaway wait times of 10-15 minutes and that it isn't especially cheap. Note: its fine-dining sibling Sabi Omakase is a separate Michelin-starred restaurant.
