The smashburger spin-off from Ghost Town, the well-regarded Oslo burger crew whose chefs carry serious fine-dining experience. It's a small, New York-diner-styled counter on Grünerløkka turning out crisp-edged smash patties with creative sauces, from around 105-169 kr a burger; the meat is halal and there are vegan and gluten-free options. A dependable step above the usual fast-food burger, if not quite the destination the flagship Ghost Town is.
