A tiny, no-frills sushi-and-wok counter in Sentrum (Skippergata) that's been going since 2011 and is really built for takeaway — there are only a handful of tables and no atmosphere to speak of. What it delivers is fresh, well-priced sushi that regulars rate highly, plus bubble tea and fast, friendly service. Grab a box and eat it in a nearby park; that's the play here.
