The Spis take
Tim Wendelboe's former head roaster Talor Browne pairs clean, light-roast coffee with a wildly inventive doughnut and pastry program that draws crowds near the Munch museum.
People say
People consistently call Talormade (the doughnut-and-coffee shop from Talor Browne, formerly Talor & Jorgen) home to some of the best doughnuts in Oslo, with a huge rotating range of creatively topped, freshly made flavours alongside genuinely good house-roasted specialty coffee. The space is widely described as bright, colourful and fun with warm, knowledgeable staff, and the original pop-ups drew long queues and sold out fast. The main dissent is about value: a minority find the doughnuts overpriced, too sweet, or inconsistent in dough quality.
