A pedigree sandwich shop on Storgata from pastry chef Younes El Khomri (of Mendel's) with French chef Kareem Kohl, doing New-York-leaning sandwiches on their own brioche and sourdough, plus croissants and waffles. The pastrami won 'best sandwich' in Oslo's 2025 roundup and the fresh brioche routinely sells out, so go earlier rather than later. If you take lunch sandwiches seriously, this is one of the city's standouts.
