The in-house bagel bakery at Amerikalinjen, the NYC-themed hotel on Jernbanetorget, where staff reportedly trained in New York to get the boil-and-bake right. It's a small, on-theme spot for a proper bagel with spreads and toppings, either eaten in the hotel's Atlas or grabbed to go. Fun and well-executed for what it is, but it's really a hotel amenity rather than a standalone destination bakery.
