People say
Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri is a long-running brewpub that many regard as the city's best microbrewery, brewing on-site with typically 6-8 beers on tap (Porter and Amber especially praised) and an affordable sampler flight. Beyond beer it's known for some of Trondheim's best burgers, plus friendly staff and a mixed-age crowd; the main caveat is that it gets packed in the evenings, so arriving early is advised.
