Troys Burger is a small local chain built on a simple promise: a homemade, decent-quality burger at a fair price. The Grünerløkka branch on Helgesens gate does the job well, and their truffle-mayo Trøffel burger is the crowd-pleasing signature. It won't dethrone Oslo's burger heavyweights, but it's a solid, unpretentious pick that delivers more than its price suggests.
