A cozy, long-running café-bar (since 1999) right by Holbergs plass and the university, with three tram lines stopping at the door. The menu is a sprawling crowd-pleaser, steak, fish, sandwiches, tex-mex, wok, burgers, pasta, pizza, and it stays open late into the small hours. Nobody visits for culinary fireworks; it's a warm, affordable-by-Oslo-standards neighbourhood spot that reliably has something for everyone.
