A Mathallen stall built around organic Italian small-producer goods, making fresh pasta daily and selling cured meats, sauces and pantry items from Alta Tuscia. When it's on, the pasta is genuinely good and reasonably priced for the hall; the caveat is inconsistent service and the occasional overcooked, overpriced miss noted in reviews. Best treated as a fresh-pasta lunch or a shop for good Italian ingredients.
