An ambitious Italian spot on Aker Brygge that's part restaurant, part in-house dairy and part deli — they make their own fresh cheeses daily, including a much-touted mozzarella, and build their sourdough pizza and handmade pasta around them. The concept is genuinely distinctive for Oslo and the waterfront setting is buzzy, though the world-ranking pizza claims are more marketing than gospel and prices sit at Aker Brygge levels. Good for a lively Italian dinner where the cheese is the real draw.
