Yaya's is Oslo's theatrical Thai — a beach-bungalow fantasy of bamboo, fairy lights and simulated tropical rainstorms that's built as much on atmosphere as on food. It's fun, generous and popular for groups and dates who want the escapist vibe, but reviews on the cooking are genuinely split: some rave about flavour and plating, others find dishes over-salted and portions shrinking as prices climb.
