A former car wash in Gamlebyen turned pizzeria-cum-cidery by the Mold Sider crew: long-fermented seasonal pizzas pulled hot while the fermentation tanks bubble and hiss in the same room, washed down with their own cider and natural wine. Bike up from a swim at Sørenga and finish with a drink — one of east Oslo's most genuinely fun food rooms.
