A Tøyen pizzeria staking everything on long-fermented sourdough dough (rested a week or more) and Napoli-style pies, mostly built for takeaway and delivery. When it lands, fans rate it among the best pizza in Oslo; the recurring gripe is char, some order it and love the leopard-spotting, others find the base burnt and the crust chewy, and the shop leans on 'that's Neapolitan' when people push back. Worth trying if a properly blistered base is your thing.
